  • If you forget your password, use Reset Password on the landing page to request a reset link.
  • Reset links open a Reset Password form where you set a new password (minimum 12 characters).

Core Workflow

  1. Create purchases and add items.
  2. Review/edit inventory items.
  3. Record sales.
  4. Use reports for PnL, aging, ROI, and tax export.

Purchases

  • A purchase is the accounting container for one or more items.
  • Each item row supports quantity (Qty) for multi-unit inventory.
  • Purchase-level costs (subtotal, premium, tax, shipping, other) are allocated into item basis.
  • Allocation becomes locked once any item in that purchase is sold.

Inventory

  • Filter by status/category and search by text.
  • Open an item to edit Inventory #, title, description, category, quantity, asking price, and notes.
  • Use item detail to upload/delete photos.

Inventory Numbering

  • Open Settings to configure automatic inventory numbering.
  • You can set:
  • Prefix (optional), e.g. WOL-
  • Next Number (next value to assign)
  • Number Padding (e.g. 6 -> 000123)
  • If you leave Inventory # blank when creating an item, the app auto-assigns based on these settings.
  • You can also enter your own Inventory # manually for imported/pre-existing ID systems.

Sales

  • Select an unsold item.
  • Enter sale date, sale price, quantity sold, fee %, and optional shipping total.
  • Optional: open Customer Details to capture buyer name/email/phone for the sale.
  • System calculates net proceeds, COGS, and profit automatically.
  • Partial sales are supported until quantity on hand reaches zero.
  • Bundled sales are supported: one sale can include multiple items with shared fees/shipping and deterministic allocation.
  • If a sale was entered incorrectly, use Edit in the Sales table to correct date/price/fees/shipping/customer details.

Reports

  • Review capital, inventory aging, date-range PnL, and category ROI.
  • Export tax summary CSV from Reports.
